I come from a very foodie household, taking photos of food came quite naturally to me. I’ve been exposed to hundreds of cookery magazines over the years, not to mention a library spilling out with every cookbook genre from Vietnamese Street Food, to the elegance of NOMA in Denmark. Food is culture and it’s a ritual we daily participate in. These food photography images come from various restaurants in New Zealand, one of which was published in Woman and Home.
